ACM Visit :D

It's an excursion to the Asian Civilization Museum. I would have skipped it if I could. But because there's a report to be completed, that's why had no choice but to go. Zzz.

22 January 2012 | Sunday 

We woke up quite late in the morning! :| Everyone was busy preparing things for baibai while I slacked around and watched TV! :D 

Then we all ate brunch together, sneaked out to Old Town for coffee! 

Evening comes and we set out to Jidan's ah ma's house! He slept throughout the car ride and ignored me! =.=" At ah ma's house, we helped to clean up, swept and mopped the premises. And Jidan's ah ma thought I don't know how to do housework! HEY HEY! I know okay. >< 

Dinner time, Jidan was eating and dripping water like a tap. HAHAHA! 

We sneaked out for supper with his brother and sister! And we saw an accident while we're walking back. =x Number plate: 3643 and 781 !! 

We gambled till morning and went to sleep at 2am! LOL

23 January 2012 | Monday 

A ultra short car ride in the morning for breakfast. It's less than 5 minutes of the car ride, and I was asking Jidan, "We reach already ah?!" 

Gambled again! And took some pictures after which.

And then we headed back home after early dinner. Fireworks were everywhere! And Jidan's brother got the chance to sneak us out. We went for supper! 

We got bwa gua, and had really funny conversations along the rides. LOL. 

One of the meals we cooked over the one week! :D Tastes pretty awesome wehh! And we always forgot to take pictures of the finished product cos we are always busying tasting it! :| HAHAHAHA.

[Friday] 

Met my boy only at night cos I've to wait for him to be released. :| 

We met our Primary School mates for a chill-out session. Agreed to meet 830pm at the control station, and I foresee there would be late comers! Thus, I left house a little later. :x While dad and mom are having dinner, discussed about getting a new Mac Book! :D Super excited!

We all head over to the Civics Centre and got ourselves drinks from Mac, then chill outside. Reminiscing about the days! 

I'm really proud of my boy, he's willing to 'sacrifice' some of our personal time to meet up with our friends, without complains and any signs of disagreement and disappointment, unlike those =.=" 

Then, we set off to Malaysia while my friends went to catch a movie! Only reached his house at about 12pm even though we caught a cab at the custom. :|

[Saturday] 

We went to KSL in the afternoon! :D 

Was super hungry, and so we went around to hunt for snacks!! We went to this café called One Six Five One Café. It sells the food that Doraemon loves the best! I ordered a chocolate and a strawberry while my boy ordered the blueberry one. (: 

It's really nice! :D But the filling kept dripping out out while we're eating it! :| 

I had honey lemon tea while he had cappuccino. :D

[Sunday]

Jidan's mom woke everyone up in the morning and we all went to have breakfast together! :D

After we reached home, we sneaked out and vroom vroom and got tibits when the coast is clear! LOL. How exciting. Ate our loots while watching a movie! And we pluck the vegetables while staring at the TV.

Then we started with the preparation of the dinner. I chopped the garlic, sliced the ginger, cut the tomatoes and vegetables. While Jidan prepared the fish!! EEEEEWWWW Smelly fish! :|

Jidan's brother came and helped us with the cooking too! :D

AHHH, hate it when the tomatoes kept disappearing into Jidan's mouth while I'm cutting it. :|

After dinner, we waited for Jidan's mom to drive us out, and we bused to the custom. Reached home, and explored my new Mac Book! :D Wah hahahahaha! So happy! XD

Simple activities can mean so much fun

Both of us woke up late in the morning. =x And we went out for breakfast with Jidan and his family! We ate Yong Tau Foo, and it was really nice! :D 

After which, we sneaked out to 'The Store', some random shopping centre nearby.. This old school shopping centre reminds me of my trips back to malaysia to visit my grandparents. It's been years since I last went back. I doubt my grandpa still recognizes me. ): 

We ate MacDonald's ice-cream cone before we left there, and that naughty boy keep stealing licks off my cone! =.=" Then, we headed to Old Town Café for coffee as usual!

I was hungry, and so we ordered nuggets. (: The nuggets are mad expensive! =.=" RM$1.04 each ehh! Next time, we shall make our own. Zzzz

After everything, we went home and prepare for dinner! :D And it's the first time that I'm going to see my boy cooking-in-action! Very excited!!!! :D

We started off by plucking off and washing the vegetables. And my boy peel and cubed the old cucumber  | 老黄瓜.

I peeled and cut the garlic, and he kept saying that I'm cutting the garlic wrongly! But the job is still done what! ~ LALALA.

We boil the soup till halfway, then we realized we forgot to put ginger into the soup =.=" And so, I began peeling and slicing the ginger. And he said that my ginger slices are ugly! Very angry. :O

There, frying and seasoning the vegetables with oyster sauce, salt, etc.

Boiling the soup 

After boiling the pork bones and garlic for a while, add in the other ingredients, the ginger slices, the old cucumber cubes.

I cut these roasted meat into cubes! Pretty ehh! It's my virgin try. (: The results would be better if the knife have been sharper. =x

Old Cucumber with pork bones soup

The dinner was awesome and especially the soup! I love soups! :D Most importantly, these dishes are the product of us both.
